It’s taken a while to sort out after a lot of hosting issues and other problems along the way we’ve finally sorted out the start of the LHHS podcast series. I know its been nearly 12 months but perfection takes time!!
The first podcast features a massive interview with Breaking the Illusion and we are playing a few tracks off of Mixed Messages as well as some of his lesser known back catalogue. This should be up on the site in the next week or so. The second podcast will feature some inane ramblings from D:Bo & Wisdomtooth as we run through some of our favourite tracks from all over the world from the finest in underground hip hop to Billy Rae Cyrus.
Also from the summer we will be hosting a DJ Mixtape series – once a month we will host a mix from some of the UK’s best up and coming DJ talent with a brief interview on the site. We are still thinking of a name for the Mix series so any suggestions please leave a comment below! In other news LHHS will have a column in Leeds Independent Music publication Vibrations Magazine, every month or so we’ll be delivering some props to those who deserve it and bitching about everyone else… You can pick up Vibrations for free from various music retailers in Leeds and West Yorkshire and this month’s issue features a 3 page interview with BTI…
