Moor Music Festival - Fri 20th - Sat 21st July 2007
Published by Editor June 6th, 2007 in Competitions.
The Moor Music Festival, voted “Best Festival 2006″ on the Leeds Music Forum, is setting the precedent for northern festivals that are as much about locality and community, as they are about spotting new talent and partying till the early hours. Now in it’s third year, the festival, which takes place on the 20th - 21st July and is held on a farm in the Addingham Moorside, near Ilkley, West Yorkshire, takes a firm and unique stance against non-corporate sponsorship and strives towards regaining an original music festival spirit.
This year, six marque’s cater for an unrivaled music roster of over 100 bands, including Yorkshire based hip hop acts Breaking The Illusion, New Flesh, Sarantis and The Sound of the Baskervilles. For more information and tickets, see http://www.moormusicfestival
